Fall is here, which for those living in the greater Las Vegas area, means the beginning of patio season. Now that the excruciating summer heat is done, it means it is time to enjoy our beautiful patio along with it. Here at Bottiglia, we pride ourselves on our beautiful patio that provides our patrons with a rustic escape from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip. 

We know that during this time of year, many of our customers love to relax, unwind and enjoy a nice glass of wine on our patio, which is why we are so excited about this time of year. We believe our rustic style setting is the perfect compliment to our Tuscan-inspired food. Whether you want to enjoy a single glass of wine with someone special, or if you are looking to get an entire group together for a fun evening out, we have the perfect setting overlooking the calm Las Vegas desert, right on our patio. 

However, here at Bottiglia, the fall isn’t just about patio season, it is also all about some of the exciting new menus that we have on our menu here at Bottiglia. 

While you can never go wrong with one of our pasta dishes (we are an Italian restaurant after all) we do have a few favorites for fall such as our wild mushroom risotto and our braised veal ravioli. These are both rich, flavorful dishes perfect for this time of year. Looking for something a little lighter? Try our shrimp puttanesca, served with roasted eggplant or our linguini vongole made with clams and a fresh white wine sauce that is perfect for outdoor dining.

Not in the mood for pasta? We still have you covered here at Bottiglia with some fun fall-friendly dishes. Our eggplant parmesan is one of our favorite fall dishes, we also love our wood roasted pork chop which is prepared with apples for that fun hint of fall flavor. If you are looking for a side-dish that screams fall, give our roasted spaghetti squash a try, its bold flavor is likely just what you have been craving. Make sure to save room for desert, while we have all type of options from tiramisu to lemon poppy seed donuts, we have to brag about our one-of-a-kind pistachio cannolis—one of our personal sweet favorites, no matter what time of year it may be.
